Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital subscription services, all sales are considered final once a subscription plan has been activated.
If your subscription plan has been successfully activated and premium features have been made available to your account, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Eligible Refund Conditions
Refund requests will only be considered if:
- The subscription has not yet been activated.
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-day guarantee, please reach out to us by opening a support ticket or writing to our billing department:
- Send an email to: billing@amcvg.in
- Include your registered email address, transaction reference/invoice ID, and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Trial plans, promotional plans, discounted subscriptions, and special offers are strictly non-refundable.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that activation of your plan constitutes full delivery of the digital service, making the purchase non-refundable.
